Regarding the Specification Change of the ROXA-T1000 64 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) Housing

Regarding the Specification Change of the ROXA-T1000 64 Titanium Housing

This is an announcement regarding a partial specification change to the 64 titanium housing used for the ROXA-T1000.

Until now, the 64 titanium housing for the ROXA-T1000 has been produced by a specific 3D printing company.
However, due to the unavailability of certain parts related to the 3D printer used in that production process, it has become difficult to continue producing the 64 titanium housing with the same specifications as before.

For this reason, we will now have the 64 titanium housing newly produced by a different 3D printing company.

About the Sound Quality

Even with the new 64 titanium housing, the basic sound quality and sound character of the ROXA-T1000 remain almost the same.
This is not a change that will create a significant difference in normal use, so you can continue to choose it with confidence as the same ROXA-T1000 model as before.

When compared very carefully with the previous version, the new housing may feel very slightly harder and tighter in sound.
However, the difference is extremely small and does not change the overall sound direction of the ROXA-T1000.

For this reason, the model name will not be changed, and we will continue to sell it as the same ROXA-T1000.

About the Appearance

The new 64 titanium housing may have slight variations in surface color depending on the production lot.
To make the appearance of the product as consistent as possible, we plan to apply a coating to the exterior part of the titanium housing going forward.

The coating will only be applied to the outer areas that do not affect the sound path or internal structure.
Therefore, it will have almost no effect on sound quality.

With this change, we hope to reduce individual differences in appearance while continuing to deliver the ROXA-T1000 with stable quality.

About the ROXA-T1000

Although there are some changes to the housing manufacturer and surface finish, the ROXA-T1000 remains the model I can most highly recommend in terms of sound quality within the current 634EARS lineup.

Its high resolution, sound focus, fine expressive ability, and the tight sound character unique to the 64 titanium housing continue to be major strengths of the ROXA-T1000.

While the specifications of the ROXA-T1000 have changed slightly, it remains a highly refined model within the current 634EARS lineup.

About Future Production

Recently, due to rising costs and the global situation, it has become more difficult than before to obtain parts and materials in a stable manner.

In fact, it can now take nearly twice as long as before for parts to arrive after I place an order.
Because of this, depending on the availability of materials and parts, there may be cases where some specifications need to be changed without prior notice.

As a small workshop where I make everything by myself, I feel every day how difficult it is to continue producing the same model for a long time with exactly the same specifications.

I will continue making products while adjusting things as carefully as possible so that the sound quality and the appeal of the product are not compromised.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I would appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your continued support.
