This is not part of the standard lineup, but I’ve created a limited production model called SARN III.
The housing has the same shape as the TENORA, but the front housing is anodized in a metallic brown finish.
A long time ago, we released a model called SARN II, and this new version is its successor.
Compared to the TENORA, the SARN III has a cooler, more rigid sound with sharp clarity. The sound is lean with clearly defined contours.
While the base sound of both TENORA and SARN III is similar, their overall tone differs—TENORA has a warmer, softer sound, while SARN III leans more toward a crisp and cool presentation, making them complementary in nature.
SARN III is more treble-oriented than TENORA, offering extended highs with a bit of a peak. The midrange feels relatively clean and less colored.
Though it won’t be added to the regular lineup, we will release it in limited quantities.
This time, three variations are available: Brazilian Tulipwood, Cocobolo, and Copper (Copper Pink).
Among these, the Copper version has slightly emphasised low frequencies.
