MIROAK-II Ezo cherry

MIROAK-II Ezo cherry

Front : Stainless Steel
Body : ABS resin
Rear : Wood(Ezo cherry)

This is the MIROAK-II crafted with Ezo cherry wood. This particular unit features a rare and precious greenish grain. The hardness and density are moderate, and the wood is incredibly smooth and flexible. As the name “Ezo” suggests, it is a wood native to Hokkaido.

The sound is generally soft, with rich and abundant bass. While the edges of the sound are rounded, they are not overly mild, maintaining clear definition. You can distinctly sense the wood’s flexibility, as the sound has a spring-like quality, seemingly rebounding and resonating vibrantly.

The wood most similar in sound would be Chakte Viga. It also resembles Japanese black persimmon but is slightly sharper in tone. For those seeking Japanese wood, this could be an excellent choice.
