MIROAK-II(OP) using Ezo Cherry
There is a tree called “sakura” (cherry blossom) that symbolizes spring in Japan. It produces very beautiful flowers, but this wood is a bit different—it’s a type of wild cherry known as yamazakura. This particular piece is a rare Ezo cherry with a slight greenish hue in the grain.
Compared to models like the MIROAK-II, LOAK2-TX01, and TX02, this one produces a finer and more delicate sound. At the same time, the edges are gently rounded, making it easy to listen to. It feels quite similar to the old LOAK-T(OP). Among current models, it’s closest in character to the TX03, but with a resin body.
