This design allows the rigid metal backplate to flex and rebound internally, enabling the dynamic driver diaphragm to move more vigorously. As a result, the low frequencies are noticeably stronger than with wooden backplates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of TENORA, there is very little difference in sound between copper and brass.
