Depending on demand and feedback, we may continue with a <strong>2nd or 3rd lot<\/strong>, but production may also end after the first or second batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why We Chose This Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult to consistently procure <strong>metal and electronic components<\/strong> used in earphone manufacturing at stable prices and quality.<br>Suppliers frequently change, prices fluctuate, and there is no guarantee that the same parts can be sourced again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, <strong>global economic conditions, the weak yen, rising tariffs, and labor shortages<\/strong> have caused raw material and shipping costs to increase.<br>As a result, maintaining \u201cthe same product at the same price and quality anytime\u201d has become very challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, our current models \u2014 <strong>LOAK2-TX01, LOAK2-TX02, and TENORA<\/strong> \u2014 will remain available under the existing order system. However, <strong>TENORA will be discontinued once current stock runs out<\/strong> due to the end of driver production, and <strong>the TX01\/TX02 models may also face future uncertainty<\/strong> in terms of ongoing production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Decision to Produce in Small, Reliable Batches<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Given these conditions, we decided that <strong>producing in small, controlled batches<\/strong> was the best way to maintain consistent quality.<br>By manufacturing a fixed number of units per lot, we can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure consistent <strong>build quality<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain <strong>cost control<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid <strong>excess inventory<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This allows us to keep prices accessible while still maintaining the distinctive <strong>634EARS sound and craftsmanship<\/strong>.<br>However, it\u2019s important to note that due to this approach, <strong>some lots (e.g., after the 1st) may not be produced again<\/strong> depending on component availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Balancing Cost and Quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While this new approach means we must operate under a <em>limited-production model<\/em>, it also allows us to purchase only the exact quantity of components we need \u2014 which helps reduce costs.<br>As a result, <strong>ROXA-S100 is offered at an affordable price of 28,900 JPY<\/strong>, while still delivering high-end sound performance.<br>Furthermore, <strong>shipping is free for the 1st lot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To optimize efficiency, the production data and parts procurement flow are designed so that components for each batch are fabricated and assembled in one coordinated
