Notice Regarding Production Delays<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some earphone components that were ordered in <strong>December of last year<\/strong> are currently experiencing delays in arrival to Japan.<br>These shipments originate from China or are routed through China, and <strong>a portion of the parts has not yet arrived<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several reasons for this delay.<br>These include extended year-end and New Year holidays for companies and shipping carriers, as well as political and customs-related issues between countries.<br>As a result, the shipping company we previously relied on is no longer available, and we have had to arrange alternative shipping methods, which has caused additional delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please rest assured that all necessary parts have already been shipped to Japan, and there is no concern regarding their availability.<br>However, due to these circumstances, <strong>earphone production has been significantly delayed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the remaining parts arrive, production will be completed and shipments will begin immediately.<br>For customers who have already placed orders, I sincerely appreciate your patience and kindly ask for a little more time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. About ROXA-S100 Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ROXA-S100 is currently available <strong>for provisional reservation only<\/strong>.<br>However, as of <strong>January 24<\/strong>, sales at the current price will be discontinued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting <strong>January 25 (Japan time)<\/strong>, the price will be changed to <strong>37,800 JPY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This decision was made due to rising exchange rates, increased component costs, and significantly higher shipping fees.<br>At the current price, it has become extremely difficult to continue offering the ROXA-S100 sustainably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this represents a substantial price increase compared to the original price, I kindly ask for your understanding.<br>Orders placed by <strong>January 24<\/strong> will still be accepted at the current price, so if you are considering purchasing at the existing price, please place your order before the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. About ROXA-T1000 Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The production cost of the ROXA-T1000 has also increased significantly for similar reasons.<br>However, by ordering components in larger quantities, we are doing our best to absorb these increases, and <strong>the product price will remain unchanged for now<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That said, while international shipping is currently offered <strong>free of charge<\/strong> for this model,<br>starting <strong>January 25<\/strong>, <strong>international shipping fees will apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping costs from Japan to overseas destinations have risen considerably.<br>If you are considering placing an order with free international shipping, please do so before the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Since last autumn, sourcing components has become increasingly difficult.<br>Compared to one year ago, the cost of parts and shipping has risen dramatically\u2014<strong>in some cases nearly doubling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by changes in pricing and delivery schedules.<br>Thank you very much for your understanding and continued support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Hello everyone,today I would like to share three important updates regarding production and current orders. 1.
