today I would like to share three important updates regarding production and current orders.
1. Notice Regarding Production Delays
Some earphone components that were ordered in December of last year are currently experiencing delays in arrival to Japan.
These shipments originate from China or are routed through China, and a portion of the parts has not yet arrived.
There are several reasons for this delay.
These include extended year-end and New Year holidays for companies and shipping carriers, as well as political and customs-related issues between countries.
As a result, the shipping company we previously relied on is no longer available, and we have had to arrange alternative shipping methods, which has caused additional delays.
Please rest assured that all necessary parts have already been shipped to Japan, and there is no concern regarding their availability.
However, due to these circumstances, earphone production has been significantly delayed.
Once the remaining parts arrive, production will be completed and shipments will begin immediately.
For customers who have already placed orders, I sincerely appreciate your patience and kindly ask for a little more time.
2. About ROXA-S100 Orders
ROXA-S100 is currently available for provisional reservation only.
However, as of January 24, sales at the current price will be discontinued.
Starting January 25 (Japan time), the price will be changed to 37,800 JPY.
This decision was made due to rising exchange rates, increased component costs, and significantly higher shipping fees.
At the current price, it has become extremely difficult to continue offering the ROXA-S100 sustainably.
While this represents a substantial price increase compared to the original price, I kindly ask for your understanding.
Orders placed by January 24 will still be accepted at the current price, so if you are considering purchasing at the existing price, please place your order before the deadline.
3. About ROXA-T1000 Orders
The production cost of the ROXA-T1000 has also increased significantly for similar reasons.
However, by ordering components in larger quantities, we are doing our best to absorb these increases, and the product price will remain unchanged for now.
That said, while international shipping is currently offered free of charge for this model,
starting January 25, international shipping fees will apply.
Shipping costs from Japan to overseas destinations have risen considerably.
If you are considering placing an order with free international shipping, please do so before the deadline.
Since last autumn, sourcing components has become increasingly difficult.
Compared to one year ago, the cost of parts and shipping has risen dramatically—in some cases nearly doubling.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by changes in pricing and delivery schedules.
