The ROXA-S100 has been offered through a batch-based made-to-order system, with orders accepted for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd batches.
Orders for all three batches have now been closed.
Shipping for the 1st batch has already been completed, while the 2nd and 3rd batches are currently in production.
For this reason, new standard orders are temporarily suspended.
Regarding future availability, we are currently reviewing whether to reopen orders after production is completed, taking into account factors such as exchange rates, component pricing, and parts availability.
As a result, the timing and pricing of any potential restart have not yet been determined.
In preparation for a possible reopening, we are currently accepting provisional reservations only.
Orders can still be placed through the product page on our website; however, please note that all current orders will be treated as provisional reservations, not confirmed purchases.
If we decide to reopen production, customers with provisional reservations will be notified accordingly.
