LOAK2-TX03 Stabilizedwood(Blue & Green)
Front : Titanium
Body : Titanium(3D Printing)
Rear : Stabilizedwood(Blue & Green)

This is the LOAK2-TX03, featuring stabilized wood backplates. It uses blue stabilized wood on the right ear and green stabilized wood on the left, creating a visually unique design with different colors for each side. Stabilized wood is created by infusing resin into burl wood, making it harder and denser than natural wood.
Normally, using different types of wood on each side would disrupt the balance of sound between the left and right channels. However, since stabilized wood behaves more like resin than wood, using two different stabilized woods on each side—as in this model—does not cause any acoustic issues.
Because the porous structure typical of natural wood is filled with resin, stabilized wood behaves more like a resin-based material. As a result, when used in closed-back designs, it can sometimes cause excessive air pressure against the diaphragm. Therefore, it is more suitable for open-back models like this TX03, especially when aiming for a delicate and easy-to-listen-to sound.
The LOAK2-TX03 differs significantly from the TX01 and TX02 in how tension is applied to the driver’s diaphragm. By reducing the amount of air intake at the back of the driver compared to TX01 and TX02, the diaphragm moves more quickly and with greater precision. This results in a finer, more delicate sound with fast attack. While this type of tuning often produces sharper treble, the TX03 has its high-frequency peaks significantly suppressed, making it a very detailed and high-resolution yet smooth and listener-friendly earphone.
