Dear customers who ordered LOAK2 and LOAK-PROTOTYPE earphones from the release date in mid-October until November 18th,
I hope this message finds you well. I regret to inform you of a delay in the production and delivery of your orders, which normally have a one-month lead time, due to the following reasons:
Some of the components required for LOAK2 and LOAK-PROTOTYPE are yet to arrive at my facility and are expected to be delivered on December 2nd. As a result, the final assembly has been delayed, causing a setback in my delivery schedule.
In early November, I contracted severe influenza and suffered from a middle ear infection, forcing a complete halt in production for approximately three weeks. While I have now recovered, the backlog from this period has resulted in additional delays.
All materials ordered during this period, including wood and metal parts, have already been processed. As soon as we receive the parts that have not yet arrived, I will complete the assembly and ship all delayed orders beginning the second week of December (after December 4).
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As a gesture of goodwill, I have prepared special earphone cases for customers who placed orders during this period and are yet to receive their shipments. These cases will be included with your orders.
