This is the MIROAK-II crafted from Kalimantan Ebony, a type of blackwood. It is primarily black but can have slight brownish undertones. It’s a hard wood with a touch of natural oils.
In terms of sound, I believe it’s nearly identical to Cocobolo, but this one has a very slight cooler tone, while Cocobolo is perceived as warmer. However, the difference is so minimal that it’s hardly noticeable, making it an excellent wood choice.
