I had planned to start accepting pre-orders for the new model “MIROAK-II” in May, but due to insufficient preparation, I will be delaying it slightly (we should be able to start in June). The earphones themselves have been developed and are ready, but my regular tasks have been quite busy for the past two months, and I haven’t been able to keep up with various responsibilities such as information dissemination and creating product pages for new items.
If I were a slightly larger company, I believe that development, production, information dissemination, website creation, order processing, and other tasks would each have designated individuals to handle them. However, as 634EARS, I am the only person responsible for everything from development to production to handling inquiries, and when orders pile up, it becomes challenging to make progress on all fronts. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and I would appreciate it if you could wait a little longer.
Furthermore, creating the new product MIROAK-II and the successor to LOAK, which is currently in development, requires significantly more effort than before. If I were to allow orders at any time like in the past, it could become overwhelming to handle. Therefore, I am considering options such as limiting the quantity or setting an initial fixed number.
